Everyone has a different threshold, so we recommend starting with a trial dose (1 to 3 drops) to assess your individual response. Most people will take 10-15 drops comfortably, however some are very sensitive and will stick to 1-3 drops. Take the time to find your personal range.

PS: the higher the dose, you will notice a blue/green tinge to your urine after use. This is completely normal, and is in fact a benefit to your urinary tract system. MB has been used successfully in treating UTIs for decades.

Potentially serious interactions can occur when taken in conjunction with SSRIs (antidepressants), SNRIs, or MAOIs. Any medications that affect dopamine or serotonin, should not be taken with Methylene Blue.
