You fully understand and accept that you will use the products at your own risk and will not hold Blue Tung (BLUE TUNG PTY LTD) liability in any way when using these products. Using, accessing and/or browsing the Site and/or providing personal or medical information to Blue Tung does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Blue Tung.

There may be risks involved with the use of various health products and medications, including serious illness and death. Blue Tung does not accept responsibility for any of these risks, nor does accept any responsibility for determining whether any particular health product or medication is safe or suitable for you to use. You fully accept these risks and responsibilities.

No returns accepted on opened product. Returns accepted for unopened, unused products however the return postage is at the buyer's expense. Once returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed.

5. Orders, Shipping & Returns

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original condition, unless otherwise required by law. Please contact us via email hello@bluetung.co to arrange. The return shipping price will be paid by you.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund for the original purchase price of your goods will be processed immediately (but subject to banking, or other payment portal refund timeframes).
  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Tung (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
