Dilute into a small amount (approx 50ml) of water or juice. * Pro-tip, citrus can help neutralize the bitterness. Avoid holding it in your mouth for long, unless you want to resemble the iconic blue-tongued skink (it's our logo for a reason!)

If you have dentures or veneers, use extra caution as it can cause permanent staining.

Please handle with care in general, it is a very potent pigment.

It can be consumed on an empty stomach.

Everyone has a different threshold, so we recommend starting with a trial dose (1 to 3 drops) to assess your individual response. Most people will take 10-15 drops comfortably, however some are very sensitive and will stick to 1-3 drops. Take the time to find your personal range.

PS: the higher the dose, you will notice a blue/green tinge to your urine after use. This is completely normal, and is in fact a benefit to your urinary tract system. MB has been used successfully in treating UTIs for decades.

Potentially serious interactions can occur when taken in conjunction with SSRIs (antidepressants), SNRIs, or MAOIs. Any medications that affect dopamine or serotonin, should not be taken with Methylene Blue.

Do not use if you are: pregnant, breastfeeding, have any type of renal impairment or have a G6PD deficiency.

Can be stored at room temperature, but keep out of direct sunlight. Use within 24 months of opening. Keep out of reach from children, and be mindful when handling as it is a very potent pigment and stains very easily.
