I had heard and read about Methylene Blue so I had to try it. I have a chronic auto immune condition, and several years ago contracted Glandular Fever, so being exhausted was a usual occurrence. Last year I started to experience brain fog, and total lack of interest in every day tasks at work. Once I started Methylene Blue and found a dosage that was right for me it seemed like I had flicked the switch in my body, no more brain for, I was back to my bouncy self and my symptoms from my auto immune issue abated.

I started taking BlueTung on 22 June, so it's been about four weeks now. I began with just 2 drops and gradually increased to 10 drops. While I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes, I have definitely experienced an improvement in my focus and find it easier to stay concentrated for longer periods. I started with 5 drops on day 1, and actually felt more tired than normal and a little run down. This must have been a detox process because 2 hours after 10 drops on day 2 my energy and mental clarity sky-rocketed. I don't remember ever feeling such clear focus.
