I was definitely sceptical about MB. After taking it for about 1 month, I feel that it is helping me with my energy levels throughout the day. I take 7-10 drops of Methylene Blue 2 hours before sport and really notice the difference towards the end of my session. 2 hours in I am still mentally and physically "switched on" whereas others around me are starting to lag. It is a big advantage

Do your research, beware the contraindicators.
I am an extremely active 57 year old, gym, morning runs, Brazilian ju jitzu, work, kids , grandkids. I had the worst brain fog, debilitating ... not any more.
Probably needs a usage protocol , say 3 months on and 3 months something else and repeat.
