We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email hello@bluetung.co with your name and order number.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please send unopened items to:

Make sure to include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Once received and inspected, we'll process a full refund including original shipping costs. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear depending on original payment method.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.
