We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email hello@bluetung.co with your name and order number. We can organize what to do from there and walk you through the process.

Please note, return shipping is at the customer's expense. Also, it's important to make sure to include your name and order number inside the parcel so that we can properly identify the order and avoid any delays.
